Partner at Durham Agrellos. His professional practice is mainly focused on tax litigation, tax planning, and Family Governance planning, particularly for family-owned groups, international family estates, and charities.
He writes articles regularly for domestic and international law journals and is a member of the RDES Law & Social Studies Editorial Committee.
He frequently lectures in postgraduate programs at Portuguese Universities. He was an invited assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where he taught in the field of tax law and tax procedures.
He holds a Law degree and a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
